Stephen has spent 40 years in livestock farming and 30 years working with young people in youth clubs/church, most recently with young people and adults in Zambia. His passion and objective has always been to find a way to combine the two, and luckily his role at The Nest neatly rolls everything into one. Stephen’s main aim is to make sure The Nest is a very safe space for young people to come and relax and eventually, once they are ready, open up about their problems and feelings. Talking about being part of the Nest Stephen says: “I feel it’s a real pleasure to be part of and work with a small but incredible special team of dedicated people that care about young people's well-being.
