Our Programme

We recognize that everyone's journey is unique, and our approach to education is centred around informal and interactive sessions. We understand that traditional education settings may not always provide the best environment for learning and personal growth, which is why we have created a programme to cater to individual needs in a more informal and nurturing environment.

Our 12-week education plan is designed specifically for young people who are experiencing mental health challenges and incorporates a range of hand-on tasks around the farm alongside psycho-education sessions focusing on various mental health topics.

Our aim with the programme is to empower our young people with knowledge and understanding of their own mental well-being, interwoven with farming and land-based activities that enhance their skills sets and builds their confidence and self-esteem.

We aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where young people can freely express themselves, learn at their own pace, and engage in activities that resonate with individual interests and strengths. The programme will consist of interactive sessions, group discussions, experiential activities, and opportunities for self-reflection. We encourage all our young people to actively participate, share their thoughts and experiences, and ask questions.
