Each week we spend part of our day around the table in the barn learning about how what we think affects how we feel and what we can do to improve our mental health.
Last week we were thinking about our values. These are not the same as goals but are the underlying characteristics that we live our life by. There are many things in life we cannot control, for example how other people treat us. We can decide what values we think are important and work towards making them part of us. So we treat other people as we would like to be treated!
Values the Young People think are important
The Young People thought about which values were important to them and then what we try to put into practice at the Nest to make a safe space to be able to relax and grow.
